Information we collect
When you book a survey we collect the details needed to carry it out and to issue your certificate: your name, contact details, the assessment address and any access notes you provide.
How we use your information
We use your details to arrange the appointment, produce and lodge your certificate on the national register, issue your invoice and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Lodgement on the national register
Energy Performance Certificates are lodged on the government's national EPC register as required by law. Certificate data published there is outside our control once lodged.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only where necessary: with our accreditation scheme for audit purposes, with our assessors carrying out your survey, and with service providers who help us operate the business.
Retention
Assessment records and supporting evidence are retained for the periods required by our accreditation scheme and by tax law, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
