What you receive
You get a clean, agent-ready 2D plan in both PDF and image formats, drawn to scale with a compass point and area schedule. Plans can be produced at the same visit as your EPC, which keeps the cost down and avoids a second appointment.
Floor plans start at £45 plus VAT and are usually delivered the next working day after the survey.
